    This Privacy Policy applies to individuals that browse our website or place orders for our products and services. By providing your personal information to us and continuing to browse the website, you consent to the collection, storage, disclosure, use and transfer of your personal information as described this policy.


    We collect personal information from you for the purpose of fulfilling your purchase order, dealing with enquiries, offering you products that may be of interest to you and to perform market research.
    We will collect your personal information directly from you (for example, when you place an order or in response to your queries). We may also collect other information about you, or your use of our goods or services..

    The type of personal information that we collect includes your full name, billing and delivery addresses, phone number, an alternate phone number, E-mail address, date of birth, Government ID details, communications with us about your order or questions about our products, reviews you post about products you have purchased and your order information and history. We also collect technical data about the way you interact with our website such as your IP address and the pages you navigate to when browsing and placing an order. Where you pay for products by card, your credit card payment information is collected by us and sent directly to Stripe® (Stripe® are the third party we appoint to process your card details and facilitate the payment process). Stripe® then process the payment using your card information. No identifiable credit card information is retained by us. If you use PayPal to pay for products, you will be redirected to their website to make the payment.     You are not required to provide us with your personal information. But if you do not provide all the personal information we request, we may not be able to provide our services to you.


    We are required to process your personal information under the GDPR on one of the specified legal bases. We will hold, use and disclose personal information about you only for the primary purpose for which we have collected it and related purposes including:

    • to fulfil the terms of a contract when you place an order with us to facilitate your purchase order, including delivery and payment collection, if necessary;
    • on our legitimate interests of analysing trends in and marketing other goods and services we provide that may interest you in future and in managing our relationship with customers and suppliers and some additional after sales communications such as a product recalls or relevant additional information that might come to light about the product you purchased. Your name, telephone number and address information is retained when making a purchase by telephone. This information can then be used to provide a more efficient service for subsequent purchases made by telephone. Records of your order history are retained so our customer service team are able to assist with questions, warranty claims and other aftersales assistance that may be required;

Some of our service providers provide services to us from overseas locations and we may in order to receive those services occasionally transfer personal information overseas, predominantly to the Asia Pacific Region. This includes personal information from individuals based in the EEA and United Kingdom.
